Two sets of intertwined spirals coil in opposite directions to produce a five-metre-high vortex of polished steel. The spiral lines that emerge from the top of this vortex extend outwards and return to the ground, forming the arches of an open pavilion with the vortex at its core. The pavilion’s complex, spiralling structure invites visitors to enter and refresh their sense of spatial awareness.
