Suspended from the ceiling, Future memory star combines three broad wooden rings around a brass framework that draws the edges of a rhombic dodecahedron. The twelve diamond-shaped faces contain colour-effect filter glass, a material that reflects certain hues of light while allowing others to pass through it. LEDs incorporated into the frame illuminate the star that radiates out from the centre of the work and cast colourful shadows onto the surroundings.
