A chrome ring is cut in half. Two candles are positioned at either end of one half, while the other, fixed perpendicularly to the first, is fitted with a semi-transparent dichromatic glass disc. These elements are suspended and revolve slowly around their central axis in a single movement. Due to the qualities of the glass, viewers can see both candles at the same time: one candle and its reflection; and the other through the semitransparent disc.
