Installed on a wooden table, the kaleidoscope consists of four elongated, equilateral mirrors, fixed in a wooden frame. A DVD player, situated below the frame, projects a film onto a screen at the far end of the kaleidoscope via a tilted mirror, placed at one end of the table. The film shows brightly-lit hands moving in slow-motion against a black backdrop. In the kaleidoscopic interior these movements thus seem infinitely multiplied.
