The tower consists of two parallel circular walls joined by an arched structure overhead. An outer doorway allows the visitor access to a circular tunnel; an inner doorway opens onto the uncovered central space. All surfaces are formed using steel tubes that are fixed on the outer surface at ground level and spiral upwards, following an 18° angle over the arched roof, and continue to spiral downwards on the inner surface to the ground at the same angle. Each steel tube is thus wrapped a full 360° around the tower.
