In this hanging sculpture, four abutting triangles form a tetrahedron. Three of the triangles are made of colour-effect-filter glass, a material that blocks certain wavelengths of light and allows others to pass through it, so that the glass appears to be a different colour depending on the angle at which it is viewed and the lighting conditions. The bottom triangle is a mirror with a circular opening cut out of it. The circle and the joints where the mirrors meet are reflected kaleidoscopically within the form to create complex patterns of shapes and lines. A single light bulb suspended at the centre lights the sculpture from within, casting an explosion of blue, yellow, and pink light around the darkened space.
